VANCOUVER — July 16th 2026 — Andersen Canada Services Inc., formerly the professional practice of Andersen LLP, is proud to announce that it has entered into a strategic agreement to integrate its Canadian practice with the U.S.-listed public company, Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDG), strengthening its cross-border advisory capabilities across North America. Canada remains one of the world’s most globally connected economies, with deep trade and capital market ties to the United States and increasing inbound and outbound investment activity. The integration of Andersen Canada Services Inc. enhances Andersen Group’s ability to support clients navigating cross-border transactions, tax structuring, regulatory complexity, and evolving international compliance frameworks.
